We have been operating since October 2008.During this time we have completed over 85 projects, using a 100% Python/Django tech stack for development projects in Finance and Banking, Travel & Booking, and Taxi and Transportation, and E-commerce.

What’s your main expertise?

Our main expertise is the development of complex web and cross-platform mobile apps. We specialize in Python, Django, React, and angular development. However, we’re not just coders. Our cross-domain expertise allows us to fully understand our clients’ needs and end-users. This goes a long way to help us deliver great products.

What does your development process look like?

Long story short:We start with a pre-development phase, where we clarify and set project requirements and define tasks, priorities and risks. Then we create a task backlog in Jira, prioritize all the tasks and provide estimates. We pick tasks from the top of the backlog for the upcoming sprint (which usually takes 2 weeks). We send you a commitment letter and wait for your approval or suggestions. At the end of the sprint, we show you the result (a demo) and receive your feedback. If we receive any improvement/change requests, we add those as tasks to the backlog to prioritize and estimate them once again. All our billing relies on the timelog report, which we will send to you right after the demo. You may change and add tasks and their priority in the backlog. However, we don’t appreciate sprint scope changes during the sprint. We build your product iteration by iteration, and provide you with a working piece of functionality at the end of each sprint. All the project-related documentation is stored in a Wiki.

What is your hourly rate and minimum project budget?

Our hourly rate is $50, and the minimum projects budget is $50.000.

What is the minimum team size you start new projects with?

We start new projects with a team consisting of: 2 Backend Engineers 1 Frontend Engineer1 QA Engineer / Scrum Master

How do you deal with on-site visits? Do you expect visits to your office? Do you send your team members to visit clients during the course of the project?

We do both. We prefer on-site meetings in our office, especially during the pre-development phase. During that phase, the team works closely with the client on the project’s requirements, backlog, priority setting, and sprint planning. Also, if necessary, we don’t hesitate to visit our clients at different stages of the project.

How do you onboard new projects, and what do you expect from clients in terms of onboarding materials?

We start with an introductory call and/or meeting with the potential client to provide all the necessary information about us, clarify their needs and expectations, and obtain the main project details to ascertain the possibility of future cooperation. We sign a non-disclosure agreement and ask you to share with us the all most up-to-date information about your project. That might include a brief project overview, technical specifications, a prototype, a list of main features or any other useful info. We prepare a project proposal, begin the investigation process, prepare a work breakdown structure and Gantt or PERT charts with estimates of effort and costs. We continuously communicate with the client to clarify any additional questions. We sign a contract, form a team, define milestones, set up the environment needed, and start working on your product.

How can I control and monitor all the processes related to my project?

Will we have access to and own all the application’s source files?

Yes, you will have access to a Github repository, starting from the first day of development. You will also get all the IP rights and become the sole owner of everything created during the project (such as code, designs, etc.).

Can you provide references?

We’re glad we’ve attracted your attention and received your reference requests. Those are a great tool for getting firsthand info. However, we are bombarded with reference requests every day, and we can’t provide everyone who asks with direct contact to our clients. We just don’t feel right doing this. Can you do a pilot project for us?

Yes, we can complete a test assignment of an acceptable duration for free. Also, we can launch a pilot project at a reduced fee for the first stages of a project. Those fees will rise when we prove our expertise, show you our approach, the quality of our work, and the speed of delivery.

What pricing models do you work with, and what payment types do you accept?

We prefer to work with a Time and Materials contract; however, in some cases, we can offer a Fixed Price contract. Mainly, we charge per person, according to our hourly rates. We accept wire transfer payments to our bank account. Payments are made twice a month and based on the time reports we provide. The time reports include all the task names and hours spent on each task and should be reviewed and approved by the client. Other forms of payments may be also applied, depending on the project type.

Are you okay with signing an NDA?

Yes. We are happy to sign NDAs in order to get more information about the project.
