- 3 + years of experience in marketing automation, data analytics, and advertising campaign management across various platforms.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, budget management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation technologies and best practices.
- A proven track record of successfully launching and optimizing marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- B2 level of English, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various online platforms, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints and performance targets.
- Implement and manage automation tools for content delivery, analytics, A/B testing, and other marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and analyze statistical data, including budgets, leads, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and other KPIs, to inform and guide marketing strategies.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.
- Automate and optimize content delivery processes to ensure timely and targeted distribution across multiple channels.
- Conduct regular A/B testing to refine and improve the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Track the performance of advertising campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights for optimization.
